How SIGHTLEARN processes school data. Schools remain the controller.

Who we are

SIGHTLEARN operates the platform at sightlearn.com and the signed-in hosts used by schools. Contact hello@sightlearn.com.

What we process

Account identifiers, authentication events, school records the institution stores, website content the institution publishes, demo and career applications you submit, and security logs needed to run the service.

Sign-in

Password sign-in is the default. Second factors are authenticator apps (TOTP), phone-app number matching, email one-time codes and recovery codes. Microsoft sign-in is an optional sign-in method an organisation may turn on, not a second factor. SMS is not used. Confirmation email is sent after signup, password changes, 2FA enrolment and successful sign-in.

Isolation

Each school is a tenant. Cross-tenant access is forbidden. The browser never sends tenantId.

Your rights

Institution Owners can export and correct school-held records from their console. Candidates can ask us to delete a job application by emailing the address above with their reference.
