How to provision a new institution tenant

SIGHTLEARN isolates every institution as a tenant. Platform Owners create tenants from the platform console; institution data never crosses tenant boundaries.

1. Open Platform Owner → Tenants → Create. Enter legal name, subdomain, and primary contact email.

2. Choose modules to enable (SIS, Learning, Finance onboarding, CMS). Identity is always on.

3. Institution Owners can self-signup, verify with an email OTP, and enrol an authenticator app. Staff may still be invited after the school exists.

4. Confirm the tenant health check passes before handing off to the institution admin team.
